Access to z25 and participation in any gambling or wagering activity on the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
Age Verification: z25 enforces the 21+ requirement through mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Providing false information about your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance. z25 cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in cases of underage gambling.

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z25 login credentials. You agree to notify z25 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. z25 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
z25 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱100. z25 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Deposits are credited to your z25 account upon confirmed receipt by z25's payment processor. Credited funds may only be used for wagering on the z25 Platform and may not be transferred to other users.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or to a verified account in the Player's own name. z25 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

The z25 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. z25 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of game results or odds, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes z25's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by z25's gross negligence.

z25 complies with the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and, where you have consented, marketing communications.
z25 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, z25 will provide notice via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the z25 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting z25 customer support.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the z25 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and z25, you agree to first contact z25 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies before the competent courts of the Philippines.
